Yes. We confirm the proposed service and availability before you decide whether to book.
Does the first regular clean cost the same as later visits?
The first visit may need a different scope if there is heavier build-up. We discuss this when preparing the quote.
Do I need to list every access detail immediately?
Start with your suburb, property size and service. Parking, keys and other practical details can be confirmed before the visit.
Can I ask for just the kitchen and bathrooms?
